MEDICAL WATCH:
OF Norris Hopper (right elbow inflammation) went on the 15-day disabled list retroactive to April 20. RHP David Weathers (ulnar nerve inflammation) went on the 15-day disabled list April 20. He should be ready to return as soon as he is eligible.
LHP Bobby Livingston (left shoulder surgery in September 2007) went on the 60-day disabled list Feb. 21. He could be ready by May.
SS Alex Gonzalez (compression fracture in left knee) opened the season on the 15-day disabled list. He won't return before mid-May.
