CINCINNATI (AP) - Pitchers Johnny Cueto and Ramon Ramirez agreed to one-year deals with the Cincinnati Reds on Friday.
The Reds did not release any other contract details. Both right-handers made their major league debuts last season.The 23-year-old Cueto went 9-14 with a 4.81 ERA in 31 starts. The 26-year-old Ramirez spent most of 2008 in the minor leagues, and went 1-1 with a 2.67 ERA in four starts and one relief appearance for the Reds.
