--RHP Aaron Harang (2-3, 3.09) makes his sixth start of the season Monday at Florida. They Reds have scored a total of 13 runs in his fifth starts, and they batted .146 in his first three starts.
--RHP Nick Masset tried out for the No. 5 spot in the rotation this spring, but he lost out late to RHP Micah Owings and was placed in long relief. Masset has grasped the role, giving up only two runs and four hits in his six appearances and not giving up a run in four of the six games. BY THE NUMBERS: 1 -- Roster moves made by the team over the first 24 games. 3B Edwin Encarnacion had to be placed on the disabled list with a fractured left wrist.
